Job Description We're looking for a senior leader to define and evolve enterprise change and release practices in a complex, always-on environment. This role partners closely with technology, product, and operations teams to enable safe, predictable delivery while supporting speed and business priorities. Skills and Requirements 4+ years of people management experience Background in IT service management or a similar role Familiar with ITSM tools (ServiceNow experience preferred) Experience working with enterprise monitoring and delivery tools Strong technical foundation with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Customer-focused mindset, especially during high-impact or escalated situations
