- Responsibilities Lead development of change strategies and plans.
Collaborate with enterprise communications partners to align executive messaging with change strategies or key messaging. Prepare and review communications, including blog posts, emails, chat messages, and newsletter blurbs. Use tools like AEM, Staffbase, and MS Teams. Conduct change readiness and adoption assessments and define success metrics for change initiatives (e.g., risk and impact assessments, stakeholder inventories). Mentor junior team members. Lead change retrospectives and lessons learned sessions. Collaborate with HR, Communications, and PMO teams. Drive alignment across multi business units and ensure change strategies support enterprise priorities and stakeholder readiness Deliver change management presentations and Prosci-based training to internal stakeholders to support skill building for project teams, leaders, and front-line employees. May perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 5+ years of experience in change management or related field. Complete knowledge and understanding of business area/specialization. Strategic communication. Executive stakeholder management. Change risk mitigation. Coaching and mentoring. Cross-functional collaboration. Advanced knowledge of change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter). Strong leadership and influence skills. Experience managing change in large-scale initiatives. Advanced stakeholder influence techniques. Experience with AI-enabled change tools. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Desired Qualifications Master's Degree or MBA. Prosci or equivalent certification. Significant Communications experience. Proficiency in tools like Staffbase and AEM.
