If you enjoy helping organizations navigate meaningful change, this opportunity offers the chance to influence a transformation initiative from the ground floor. Our client is embarking on a significant Skills Transformation Program focused on strengthening workforce capabilities, improving talent decisions, and enabling a more agile, skills-based organization. This role will lead the people side of the transformation by driving stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, communications, adoption planning, and change execution. This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with project leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure employees, leaders, and business teams understand not only what is changing, but why it matters and how it impacts their work. The ideal candidate is a practical, hands-on change leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can influence without authority, and is comfortable building while the transformation is still evolving.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the change management workstream for a large-scale Skills Transformation initiative Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, and adoption strategies Conduct change impact assessments and identify risks, barriers, and support requirements Create and implement communication plans tailored to leaders, managers, HR teams, and employees Partner with project leadership to drive alignment and sponsorship across the organization Develop tools, resources, and messaging to support successful adoption Establish feedback mechanisms and monitor change readiness throughout implementation Track adoption metrics and adjust strategies as needed Support long-term sustainment planning and reinforcement activities
Qualifications:
7+ years of Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, HR Transformation, or related experience Proven experience leading change initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments Experience with stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness planning, and adoption measurement Strong facilitation, consulting, and influencing skills Ability to engage effectively with leaders at multiple levels of the organization Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong project management and organizational capabilities
Preferred Experience:
Prosci, ADKAR, or comparable change management methodology Skills-based workforce initiatives HR transformation or talent transformation programs Manufacturing, operations, or global enterprise environments ERP, system, process, or organizational transformation initiatives
