We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategist to support enterprise IT transformation initiatives within a government environment. This role will focus onanizational readiness, stakeholder engagement,munication planning, and user adoption for IT programs including digital transformation, cloud modernization, and enterprise system implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Organizational Change Management activities for enterprise IT initiatives
Develop and execute change management strategies andmunication plans
Supportanizational readiness and user adoption initiatives
Manage OCM workstreams including timelines, risks, and coordination activities
Conduct stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions
Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders
Track project milestones and support implementation activities
Support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives
Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of business or industry experience
1-3 years of Organizational Change Management, project coordination, or project leadership experience
Experience supporting enterprise IT projects or transformation initiatives
Understanding of change management methodologies and PMBOK principles
Experience with stakeholder engagement andmunication planning
Strong analytical,anizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Point
Ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in government or public-sector environments
Experience supporting cloud migration or enterprise modernization initiatives
Familiarity withanizational readiness and training coordination
