Remote Our client seeks a Change Management Consultant to partner with senior leadership during a period of growth and transformation within its commercial field operations. The consultant will design and operationalize a change strategy to improve alignment, collaboration, and field effectiveness across brand-focused teams. The role requires executive communication, organizational diagnostics, facilitation, and roadmap creation to support cross-brand engagement and consistency. Impact will include risk identification, stakeholder alignment, and implementation of a sustainable governance framework. We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Rate:
$100.00 to $120.00/hr. w2 JN -052026-107017
Responsibilities:
+ Partner closely with senior leadership as a trusted advisor and thought partner on organizational change. + Develop a practical change management strategy and framework. + Identify organizational risks, dependencies, and critical milestones tied to the evolving commercial structure. + Conduct stakeholder interviews and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations. + Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align teams around future-state ways of working. + Establish strategies to improve partnership, engagement, and performance consistency across brands. + Create a roadmap and governance structure to support ongoing organizational alignment.
Experience Requirements:
+ Demonstrated OCM and change communication experience rolling out and driving adoption of new processes, procedures, and tools. + Executive-level communication and presentation skills, including stakeholder buy-in, cross-functional communication, and organizational navigation. + Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills with the ability to develop effective, attractive materials. + Cross-functional project and program leadership, including consensus building, meeting facilitation, and deliverable follow-up. + Familiar To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
