Assignment:
Until end of the year, 12/31/2026
Location:
J41(1615 S Lakeside Drive, Waukegan IL). In Person preferred but if only option is remote that will be fine. Summary The AI Content & Enablement Strategist plays a critical role in helping Client colleagues confidently adopt and apply AI across their day-to-day work. This role blends AI fluency, enablement strategy, change management, and strong visual storytelling to translate complex AI capabilities into practical, approachable learning experiences. Working at the intersection of AI, learning, and organizational change, this role supports enterprise AI adoption through high-impact training sessions, compelling presentation materials, and clear, human-centered guidance. The AI Content & Enablement Strategist partners closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and change management stakeholders to ensure AI enablement is engaging, scalable, and grounded in real work outcomes. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver AI learning experiences that drive awareness, adoption, and behavior change across the enterprise.
  • Plan and facilitate recurring and ad hoc AI training sessions across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.
  • Translate complex AI concepts, tools, and workflows into clear, practical guidance tailored to Client work.
  • Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to assess audience needs, define effective enablement approaches, and co-create and deliver content for different teams and use cases
  • Build polished, executive-ready decks and supporting learning assets, ensuring strong design, accessibility, and brand consistency.
  • Support AI enablement programs and communities of practice, managing timelines, deliverables, and continuous improvement through engagement data and feedback. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, UX, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience designing learning, training, or communication experiences that support understanding and behavior change.
  • Strong experience supporting AI enablement, adoption initiatives, or enterprise technology rollouts.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with a strong visual storytelling and design sensibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to create polished, visually engaging slide decks (portfolio or examples preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across digital and live presentation environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training cadences and ad hoc requests.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex topics quickly and translate them for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools including PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to support content creation, learning, or enablement work.
  • Familiarity with AP Style is a plus.
