The ideal candidate will shape clear, audience‑focused communication and change strategies that guide leaders and stakeholders through transformation. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Developing executive and stakeholder communication strategies. Supporting organizational change initiatives. Drafting messaging, briefs, FAQs, and training materials. Supporting adoption, readiness, and stakeholder engagement. Ensuring compliance with Section 508 and Plain Language. Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client. Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field Prosci Change Management certification or equivalent

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Seven or more years of communications or change management experience Must have the ability to obtain the client's suitability A proficiency in utilizing MS Office products Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AIassisted tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills A highly motivated selfstarter Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills

DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience supporting federal programs in highly regulated environments
