Job Requirements Camp Springs, MD Dept of Homeland Security Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Communications Strategist / Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional to support a high-visibility federal program with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). In this role, you will develop and execute communication strategies that support program initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change efforts. You will be responsible for crafting messaging, developing communication products, and ensuring alignment across leadership and program teams. This position involves supporting change management strategies, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption of new processes and technologies. You will also collaborate across program leadership, business teams, and technical teams to ensure clear, consistent communication and successful implementation of program initiatives.
Requirements:
Must have the ability to develop and execute communication strategies for large, complex programs. Must have the ability to create communication products including briefings, reports, presentations, and messaging frameworks. Must have the ability to support organizational change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies. Must have the ability to collaborate with program leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging. Must have the ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions. Must have experience supporting federal programs with communications or change management efforts. Must have experience applying change management frameworks such as Prosci or similar methodologies. Must have strong writing, editing, and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences. Must have at least seven (7) years of experience in communications, change management, or related fields. Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability clearance.
Salary Range:
