Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to join the Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO) team reporting directly to the Director, Digital Solutions Integration (DSI). As a Staff Organizational Change Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our Digital Solutions readiness and solution deployments across MS divisions in support of our sector operations. Your primary responsibilities will include leading Change Management activities for all CIDO and DSI Projects, partnering with the CIDO Communications Lead, Enterprise Change Management teams, Digital Value Chain Optimization (DVCO) Change Manager, and other sector change management teams supporting multi-sector, divisional solution deployments. This position is located in Linthicum, MD; the preference is to have the selected candidate be on-site, full-time at our Linthicum campus, although consideration may be given for a hybrid or remote work schedule. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:Sector Coordination:
Lead, plan, and coordinate sector change management activities for the MS CIDO organization, ensuring clarity and consistency across sector.Strategic OCM Planning :
Define, develop, and executeOCM ADKAR
action plan and roadmap forCIDO, MS
Sector and track dependencies/training needs.Collaboration :
Partner with DSI enterprise change management teams on process implementation, fostering seamless partnerships to uphold alignment with enterprise change management strategy and plans. Support Staff meetings including meeting facilitation, chart compilation, and action item tracking. Schedule and promote engagement activities including end-user collaborations, lunch and learns, and site visits. Foster relationships between other sector CM leads, ensuring unified messaging and consistent change management approaches. This role will require the following characteristics for success: Strong communication skills, in partnership with CIDO Communication Lead, to develop a cohesive communications strategy and communications plan, overseeing the creation of multi-channel deliverables. Proficiency in navigating complex business landscapes and project management acumen. Leadership skills with adept stakeholder management and collaboration abilities. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic environment, ensuring continued success in a rapidly evolving industry.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 8 years of relevant experience. Applicants must have an active DoD Secret level security clearance (at a minimum), to include a closed investigation date completed within the last 6 years, or must be enrolled in the DoD Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP) in order to be considered; the required security clearance must be maintained as a condition of continued employment. Minimum 5 years of leading Organizational Change Management and/or Process Excellence experience with the focus on large-scale transformational, technical, and process change. Prosci Change Management certification OCM. High-energy strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to operate and communicate at both a strategic and hands-on level as needed. Proven experience prioritizing and completing multiple tasks within critical deadlines. Experience influencing and driving results without direct authority of personnel. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical, planning, and presentation skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).Preferred Qualifications:
Current PMP Certification. Ability to drive strategic change initiatives to align with Digital Transformation objectives and foster innovation. Ability to work across different departments or disciplines, understanding various operational needs and constraints. Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve the organization's vision, fostering collaboration and constructive conflict resolution. Demonstrated expertise in developing and understanding tactics and processes involved in change management. Ability to approach complex issues systematically, using analytical skills to weigh options and forecast potential outcomes. $169,000.00 - $253,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
