Skills Proven experience in release management, DevOps, or IT service management within regulated environments. Expertise in coordinating releases for vendor-supported SaaS platforms. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and environment management. Experience in handling sensitive data in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Familiarity with ITIL release and change management practices. Preferred Skills Experience with telehealth or digital health platforms. Knowledge of EHR integrations such as HL7 and FHIR. Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or
