Back Product Owner & Trainer Coach Product Owners / Managers / Specialists Saint Louis , Missouri Contract May 27, 2026 Overview This opportunity supports a large enterprise PMO organization focused on digital project delivery, operational governance, agile product ownership, and organizational training enablement. The role combines Product Owner, Scrum Master, PMO Operations, Change Management, and Training Leadership responsibilities supporting enterprise PMO tools, onboarding programs, and governance processes. Must-Have Domains Enterprise PMO Operations & Governance Agile Product Ownership & Scrum Leadership Training, Onboarding & Organizational Change Enablement Core Responsibilities Serve as Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Project Lead for PMO digital tools, including backlog management, roadmap ownership, stakeholder prioritization, and deployment approvals Lead PMO operational support activities including management of shared PMO communication channels, templates, SDLC documentation, project checklists, and continuous improvement initiatives Facilitate onboarding and training programs for new resources, including scheduling, coordination, attendance tracking, material maintenance, and delivery of recurring training sessions Lead Operational Readiness Review Board (ORRB) activities including governance meetings, process ownership, member onboarding, voting coordination, and SharePoint list maintenance Troubleshoot issues related to PMO tools, operational processes, onboarding workflows, and governance support systems Must-Have Experience Experience serving as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or PMO Lead within enterprise environments Experience facilitating training programs, onboarding initiatives, and stakeholder engagement activities across cross-functional teams Experience managing PMO governance processes, operational workflows, project delivery tools, and organizational process improvements Top 5 Must-Have Technical Skills Agile methodologies including Scrum and backlog management PMO governance tools and project lifecycle management SharePoint administration and collaboration tools Microsoft Outlook shared mailbox and calendar management Process documentation, SDLC management, and training material development Preferred Skills Experience supporting enterprise PMO transformation initiatives Strong change management and organizational communication skills Experience facilitating governance boards or operational review committees Ability to troubleshoot project management platforms and workflow tools Strong presentation and meeting facilitation capabilities Experience reviewing lessons learned and driving continuous improvement initiatives Apply Now Share This Post
