Change Management Coordinator Location:

Contract Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized Change Management Coordinator to support enterprise technology deployment initiatives by coordinating change activities, managing governance processes, and ensuring compliance with Enterprise Change Management (ECM) standards. This role serves as a key liaison between technology teams, stakeholders, and governance committees to ensure technology changes are properly documented, communicated, and executed. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, experience supporting technology or infrastructure projects, and familiarity with enterprise change management and governance processes. Responsibilities Coordinate and track multiple concurrent technology deployments and associated project deliverables. Manage Enterprise Change Management (ECM) initiatives and maintain change records within the ECM platform (The Registry). Ensure all technology changes comply with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance requirements. Monitor change schedules, milestones, dependencies, and implementation timelines. Prepare documentation required for governance reviews and change approvals. Attend governance forums and change advisory meetings; present change information and project updates when required. Capture detailed meeting minutes, action items, decisions, and distribute documentation to stakeholders. Partner with technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and business teams to coordinate change activities. Track risks, issues, approvals, and outstanding action items throughout the change lifecycle. Maintain accurate documentation using SharePoint and other collaboration platforms. Support continuous improvement of enterprise change management processes and reporting. Provide regular status updates and executive-ready reporting to leadership. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting Technology Change Management, IT Project Coordination, PMO, or Technology Operations. Experience coordinating multiple technology deployments in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Knowledge of Enterprise Change Management (ECM) processes and governance practices. Experience supporting governance meetings and documenting technical discussions. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing documentation, meeting minutes, and executive communications. Required Technical Skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Atlassian JIRA Microsoft SharePoint ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes Enterprise Change Management (ECM) Documentation and reporting Meeting facilitation and coordination Preferred Qualifications Experience working within large enterprise financial services or highly regulated environments. Familiarity with Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes. Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, application, or cybersecurity deployments. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Experience using dashboards and reporting tools to monitor change activities.
