Role Summary We are seeking a Platform and Change Enablement Manager to lead the ownership and optimization of enterprise work and project management platforms while driving structured IT change processes across the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational visibility, improving project execution, and maintaining compliance through disciplined change governance. You will act as the primary owner of the platform ecosystem, designing scalable solutions, enabling cross functional collaboration, and establishing best practices. In parallel, you will lead the IT Change Advisory Board and oversee the full lifecycle of change management activities aligned with ITIL standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Own administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of enterprise work and project management platforms
  • Design and maintain workflows, automation, dashboards, and integrations to support operational and project delivery needs
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that improve efficiency and visibility
  • Establish platform governance standards, usage models, and lifecycle management practices
  • Lead IT Change Advisory Board meetings, including agenda development, risk assessment, approvals, and follow-ups
  • Ensure all change records, communications, and approvals are documented accurately and meet audit standards
  • Train users and stakeholders on platform capabilities and best practices
  • Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to enhance the existing platform ecosystem Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience administering or owning enterprise work management, project management, or IT service management platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience managing change enablement processes
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and technical solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document processes clearly
