We're looking for a Senior Manager, Change Management to lead the people side of our most critical global initiatives. In this role, you'll partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into adoption—ensuring employees are engaged, equipped, and ready to embrace new ways of working. Your work will directly impact how effectively we deliver on our priorities, accelerate value realization, and drive lasting organizational change. What You'll Do You will design and execute change strategies that accelerate adoption, reduce resistance, and deliver measurable business value across major transformation initiatives. Partnering with cross-functional leaders, you will ensure employees are equipped, engaged, and ready to succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead end-to-end change management strategies for global initiatives. Define and communicate the change vision, impact, and value. Coach leaders to drive visible sponsorship and engagement. Deliver stakeholder, impact, and risk assessments to inform planning. Develop and execute targeted communication and training plans. Track adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement. Partner with HR, IT, and L&D to ensure successful implementation. Build and manage SharePoint-based communication hubs and content. What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5-10 years leading change for large-scale, global transformations. Experience creating digital communications (SharePoint, HTML, multimedia). Strong ability to develop executive-level messaging and engagement materials. Experience in pharmaceutical or CRO environments, preferred.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in a remote based office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Occasional drives to site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day. Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Occasional crouching, stooping, with frequent bending and twisting of upper body and neck. Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf. Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs. Regular and consistent attendance Varied hours may be required.
Pay Range:
USD $143,000-$153,000 / annually
