PAY :
Your compensation will be a salary plus a volume-bonus compensation plan with a $70k-$150k annual payout!

YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time schedule, working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM , plus two Saturdays per month with a weekday off .
YOUR DAY
As our Vehicle Exchange Manager, you'll review Eleads, analyze owner manifests, and engage customers right from the service drive. You'll conduct appraisals, identify upgrade opportunities, and guide customers toward new or pre-owned vehicle solutions that meet their needs. Each day, you'll transform routine service visits into meaningful sales conversations, proactively acquiring inventory for the used car operation while fueling dealership growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Extensive knowledge of auto sales Experience as an auto sales manager or finance manager We're looking for a driven, strategic, and results-focused professional who is confident, proactive, and motivated by performance-based success.
