Senior Change Manager - Hybrid#26-06140 Irving, TX Charlotte, NC Onsite Contract Starts 6/15/2026 Ends 6/14/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Change Manager for a hybrid (3 days on-site per week) position with a Global Financial Institution located in Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. We are seeking a senior, seasoned professional to support major transformation initiatives within merchant services. This role requires strong executive presence, excellentmunication skills, and the ability to lead change across multiple stakeholder groups at all organizational levels. While project management skills are wee, candidates must understand formal change management processes, befortable managing others, and demonstrate the ability to influence,municate, and drive adoption in a highlyplex environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end change management activities Drive strategy and execution for stakeholder engagement,munications, readiness, and adoption Communicate with clarity and precision—verbally and in writing—to senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and technical partners Condenseplex information into concise messaging, decks, and executive summaries Manage up, across, and with peers; influence without authority at multiple levels Navigate and resolve conflict professionally; facilitate consensus across differing viewpoints Lead and coach others when needed, supporting a collaborative team environment Ad to established processes and governance while remaining engaging, approachable, and professional

Requirements:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience 6+ years of Change Management experience 5-6 years of Banking experience 4-6 years of Executive Communications and Project/Program Management experience 3+ years of Merchant Service experience, specifically on transformation initiatives Proven senior-level change management experience, ideally within financial services or merchant banking Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at varying levels, from peers to executives Strong executive presence and professionalmunication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) Experience with Change Governance and facilitating large tollgate forums Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SharePoint Desired skills: Engaged, proactive, self-motivated, and a self-starter who can drive work forward with minimal supervision A solutions-oriented mindset; solves problems independently without needing to be told each step Kind, polite, collaborative, and process-adnt Confident and assertive without being aggressive Seasoned, maturemunicator who learns quickly Pay range: $71.88 - $79.88 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
