We are looking for an experienced GTM (Go-To-Market) Lead - Change Management professional to drive end-to-end change enablement, product due diligence coordination, and risk approval support across strategic product launches and enhancements. This role acts as a bridge between product, risk, compliance, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless execution with strong governance. Key Responsibilities 1. Change Management & GTM Execution 2. Product Due Diligence Coordination 3. Risk Approval & Governance Support 4. Stakeholder Management 5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Agile change practices) Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) execution and product lifecycle management Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and presentation skills
