SAP S/4HANA EWM & TM AMS
Lead Location Raritan or Titusville, NJ (Onsite / Hybrid initial onsite expectation)Duration:
1 year+ (starting May, with possible extension) Role Overview We are looking for an experiencedSAP EWM & TM AMS
Lead to manage and drive Application Management Services (AMS) delivery within an S/4HANA program. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong expertise in logistics modules, incident management, and stakeholder coordination. The candidate will work closely with business users, IT teams, system integrators, and transition vendors to ensure seamless operations and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Lead EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and TM (Transportation Management) AMS delivery workstreams within S/4HANA Drive triaging, analysis, and resolution of production incidents and defects Manage AMS deliverables ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs Oversee and improve: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, System Integrators (SI), and transition vendors Ensure timely and high-quality resolution of production issues Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders Identify root causes and drive continuous improvement initiatives Act as the primary point of contact for logistics AMS delivery Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience inSAP S/4HANA
EWM and TM modules Proven experience leading AMS delivery in logistics domain Expertise in incident triaging, defect management, and SLA-driven support environments Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a client-facing, onsite environment Experience coordinating with multiple vendors (SI, transition teams, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharma or life sciences domain (nice to have) Prior experience working with large enterprise clients like Johnson & Johnson Exposure to global AMS delivery models Work Model Initial onsite presence required at client location (Raritan or Titusville, NJ) Hybrid flexibility may be available after initial phaseSimilar remote jobs
