Job Description

The opportunity Delaware North is searching for a full-time Organizational Change Management Analyst to join the Transformation team at our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. As an Organizational Change Management Analyst, you will support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by helping teams understand, prepare for, and successfully adopt change. You will work closely with program and project teams to track change impacts, support communication and training planning, and provide clear visibility of progress. Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:
$79,900 - $107,800 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Identify and track change impacts across projects, including impacts to people, processes, systems, and ways of working Maintain a central view of change activity and support reporting through dashboards, summaries, and status updates Partner with program and project teams to understand milestones, risks, and business impacts of upcoming changes Support the development and coordination of communication, stakeholder engagement, and change plans Assist with identifying training needs and tracking readiness, feedback, and adoption across impacted teams Create and manage templates, trackers, and documentation while contributing to continuous improvement of organizational change management (OCM) tools and processes More about you Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, Project Management, or related field preferred Minimum of two years' experience in organizational change management, project support, transformation, communications, training, operations, human resources or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and bring structure to ambiguous work Experience creating trackers, dashboards, reports, and status updates using Excel and PowerPoint; experience with tool such as Smartsheet, Jira, Tableau, SharePoint or Teams preferred Shift details
