Job Summary The Process Improvement Coordinator is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the business, developing effective solutions, and successfully implementing change across the organization. This role combines analytical thinking, project management, process improvement, and strong teamwork to help the company find efficiencies. Success in this role is not measured solely by the ability to identify problems or develop new processes, but by the ability to gain employee buy-in, build trust, and help teams embrace change. The ideal candidate is curious, enjoys learning new things, digs deep to understand how and why processes work, and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills that allow them to influence others and create positive momentum around new initiatives. Duties Coordinating Change Lead organizational change initiatives from concept through implementation. Partner with department leaders to identify, communicate, and execute improvements. Develop strategies that encourage employee engagement and adoption of new processes. Anticipate resistance to change and proactively address concerns. Foster a positive and collaborative environment during periods of transition. Serve as a champion for continuous improvement throughout the organization. Process Improvement & Analysis Evaluate and learn current processes, workflows, and procedures. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Research best practices and develop practical solutions. Document and standardize processes to improve consistency and scalability. Measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and recommend adjustments as needed. Project Management Establish timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and success metrics. Coordinate efforts between departments to ensure projects remain on track. Provide regular updates to leadership regarding progress, challenges, and outcomes. Communication & Employee Engagement Build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Effectively communicate the purpose, benefits, and expectations of change initiatives. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to influence others without direct authority. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to be versatile and adaptable. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in process analysis, business analytics, or operational improvement. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, analytic tools, and business software applications.
