Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting Business Support Teams by assisting with a range of administrative and financial functions for a business unit. Key responsibilities include helping with financial controls, budgeting and forecasting, personnel processes, client data management, and preparation of presentation materials. Job expectations include gaining exposure to business operations and contributing to various aspects of business support.
Responsibilities:
Assists in creating and compiling presentations, reports and other materials for senior leadership Communicates and interacts with team members across various groups Assists in executing business governance activities including identification and management of issues and monitoring/testing of controls Assists with a variety of ad hoc assignments, typically with time constraints Participates in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
