Financial Services Job Summary Seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead and manage an enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD) program within a highly regulated financial environment. This role will drive ServiceNow-based workflow automation, event reconciliation, change governance, and operational reporting while partnering across Infrastructure, Security, Application, and Mainframe teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD) program. Consolidate detection sources into centralized ServiceNow workflows and dashboards. Configure and maintain ServiceNow Event Management and workflow automation solutions. Design automated reconciliation processes between detected events and approved changes. Investigate and remediate unauthorized change events. Manage ServiceNow integrations, data mapping, and reporting capabilities. Partner with Change Management, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams. Develop governance metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting. Support audit, compliance, and regulatory examination activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across change management processes. Required Skills ServiceNow

Event Management Flow Designer Workflow Automation JavaScript Tripwire or File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) Tools ITIL 4 ServiceNow integrations and workflow development Root cause analysis and corrective action management Preferred Skills ServiceNow CIS Certification ITIL 4 Managing Professional CISA, CISM, or CRISC Certifications Mainframe technologies (DB2/SAVER) NIST, OCC, and FFIEC compliance frameworks DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integration Cloud event monitoring and reconciliation Required Experience 7+ years of ITSM, Change Management, IT Operations, Security Operations, or related experience 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow ITOM solutions Experience building automated reconciliation processes Experience working within regulated enterprise environments Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement Domain Experience Banking Financial Services Regulatory Compliance Environments Education Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred Equivalent experience considered
