Job Description

Position Summary:
The Change Management Specialist is accountable for a function within the area of
Enterprise Readiness:
Change Management. In the Change Management capacity, the Specialist is primarily responsible for leading change initiatives for high-priority, Business Transformation cross- functional projects, applying proven skills in change impact analyses; change planning; and communication planning.
Responsibilities:
Creates change management strategies and assess operation change impact transformation projects. Applies structured methodology and leads change management activities, including defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress for the program. Creates change management deliverables and artifacts including communication plans, stakeholder analysis, sponsorship plans, training plans and organizational impacts. Creates and manages multiple projects simultaneously, meeting aggressive deadlines and ensuring flawless implementation. Interacts with and presents to senior leaders and managers across the organization. Helps set strategic communications direction on short and long term projects and initiatives. Complies with the internal communications process, procedures, and policies, including branding standards and corporate editorial guidelines. Collects, analyzes, and acts on measurable feedback. Produces status reports of change management projects to keep management and/or stakeholders informed of progress and/or shortcomings. Identifies, analyzes, and prepares risk mitigation tactics. Evaluates and ensures business/user readiness. Supports organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities. Produces status reports of projects to keep management and/or stakeholders informed of change progress. Provides coaching to change agents, managers, and supervisors as they help their staff through transitions including large scale transformational projects. Partners with project managers to integrate change management activities into project plans and supports communication and training efforts. Performs other related duties as assigned.
