In this role, you will drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in Lean methodologies with strong project management skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to achieve sustainable results.

Analyze current processes and workflows to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement using data-driven methodologiesDevelop and execute Lean implementation projects, including process mapping, value stream analysis, and root cause analysisFacilitate Kaizen events, 5S initiatives, and other continuous improvement activities with cross-functional teamsMentor and coach employees on Lean principles, tools, and best practices to build organizational capabilityMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvementsPrepare detailed reports and presentations documenting findings, recommendations, and results for leadership reviewCollaborate with department heads and process owners to prioritize improvement initiatives and align them with business objectivesManage change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systemsMaintain documentation of all improvement projects, lessons learned, and best practices for organizational knowledge sharingStay current with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and industry best practices through continuous professional developmentQualificationsLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred)Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Lean implementation, process improvement, or continuous improvement roles preferredDemonstrated expertise in process mapping, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis techniquesStrong proficiency with data analysis tools and statistical software (such as Minitab, JMP, or equivalent)Experience with process visualization and documentation tools (such as Visio or similar software)Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levelsStrong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset with attention to detailExperience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments (preferred)Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and process automation tools (preferred)Knowledge of change management methodologies and experience leading organizational change initiatives (preferred)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professional standards and organizational focusAdditional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans •Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
