Transition Manager Location:
Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary:
Our team is dedicated to driving cross-functional change and operational excellence across global planning initiatives. We seek innovative thinkers with a strong business acumen who are passionate about change management and can lead transformative projects within the company.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver change management strategies and training plans across functions. Lead the conception, development, and deployment of enterprise assortment planning tools. Build stakeholder alignment and manage communications throughout capability lifecycles. Measure and report on value creation, adoption, and impact to guide inventory planning.
Required:
8+ years of experience in change management for Planning, driving communications and building strong presentations. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field or equivalent experience. Proven program management and change management skills at an enterprise level. Experience with retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
