SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Change Management Practitioner will lead and support organizational change initiatives across our healthcare system. This role is critical in ensuring successful adoption of strategic programs, including clinical transformation, digital health implementations, and operational excellence efforts. The Change Management Practitioner will have a strong background in healthcare operations, stakeholder engagement, and change enablement strategies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
(S): Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Business, or related field. Prosci® or equivalent change management certification required or obtained within one (1) year of hire. Minimum five (5) years' experience in change management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role within Healthcare.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
(S): Master?s Degree Preferred Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive consensus. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making. Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations. Passion for improving patient care and healthcare delivery through strategic change.
