Job Description

Piper Companies is seeking a Change Agent Consultant to join an innovative pharmaceutical organization. We are seeking experienced personnel to support transformation deliverables and setting up new company frameworks and processes to support the company's current and future pipeline success. This is a remote based position with global teammates, and potential for extensions. Conferences and team meetings in the tri-state area.
Responsibilities :
Identify & Scope Change:
Analyze, define, and defend the need for improvements in work processes, technologies, or organizational structure.
Drive Adoption & Engagement:
Act as a catalyst to implement changes, foster a receptive environment, and encourage staff to become "change champions".
Communication & Support:
Translate executive vision for employees, communicate benefits, and provide feedback on challenges.
Manage Resistance:
Identify potential pitfalls, evaluate disruptions, and implement strategies to overcome resistance.
Execute & Monitor:
Implement approved changes, manage the change control process, and track progress to ensure long-term adoption.
Qualifications :
Experience in transformation projects, high level communications, developing content creation support for company letters and senior stakeholder documentation
Leadership & Influence:
Ability to guide teams through transitions, often without formal authority.
Strategic Thinking:
Connecting individual/team actions to broad organizational goals.
Communication & Coaching:
Strong interpersonal skills for training and feedback.
Action-Oriented:
Proactive approach to problem-solving and implementation.
Compensation :
Pay Rate:
Commensurate to Experience Long term consulting role
