Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Change Management Consultant (ERP) to support large-scale ERP transformation and integration initiatives within the Healthcare & Life Sciences domain. This role is responsible for driving user adoption, enabling business readiness, and ensuring smooth transitions through structured change management practices. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in ERP programs, strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, and expertise in applying PROSCI methodologies in regulated environments. Key Responsibilities- Support the design and execution of change management strategies for ERP implementation and integration programs.
- Apply PROSCI (ADKAR) methodology to assess change impact and drive adoption.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, including identification, mapping, and engagement planning.
- Develop and deliver clear, targeted communication plans across business and technical teams.
- Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, and SMEs to align change activities with project milestones.
- Assess organizational readiness and support change impact assessments across functions such as regulatory, quality, clinical, and supply chain.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and end-user enablement programs.
- Identify and manage resistance to change, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Track and report change adoption metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory standards in healthcare environments. Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10+ years of strong experience working as a Change Management Consultant on multiple ERP integration programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- 5+ years of proven expertise in stakeholder analysis and engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- 5+ years of experience working in complex, cross-functional environments. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medical Devices industries.
- Understanding of GxP, FDA, or other regulatory frameworks.
- Exposure to global transformation or consulting environments.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills. Certifications
- PROSCI Certification (mandatory) with practical application experience.
