Job Description
- Collaborate with the Change Management Lead, business sponsors, and project teams to define, track, and report on change adoption and effectiveness metrics.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify impacted groups, assess engagement levels, and determine communication and training needs.
- Assist in documenting change impact assessments, including current and future state analyses.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insight into change adoption progress and organizational readiness using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Conduct change readiness assessments and analyze results to inform change planning and risk mitigation strategies.
- Support the design and execution of reinforcement strategies to sustain desired behavior changes and ensure long-term adoption.
- Provide input to change management communication, training, and engagement strategies as needed. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, organizational development, or supporting change management efforts within project-based environments.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and principles (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a corporate project or transformation environment.
- Exposure to enterprise-level change initiatives or digital transformations.
