Job Description

Description Eversource is seeking an experienced Change Management Analyst to support the effective implementation of organizational change initiatives by assisting in stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, impact documentation, and the evaluation of adoption metrics. This role works closely with the Change Management Lead, project sponsors, and business stakeholders to support a structured change management approach that enables smooth transitions and sustains change outcomes across the enterprise.   • Collaborate with the Change Management Lead, business sponsors, and project teams to define, track, and report on change adoption and effectiveness metrics.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify impacted groups, assess engagement levels, and determine communication and training needs.
  • Assist in documenting change impact assessments, including current and future state analyses.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insight into change adoption progress and organizational readiness using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Conduct change readiness assessments and analyze results to inform change planning and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support the design and execution of reinforcement strategies to sustain desired behavior changes and ensure long-term adoption.
  • Provide input to change management communication, training, and engagement strategies as needed. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, organizational development, or supporting change management efforts within project-based environments.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and principles (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a corporate project or transformation environment.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level change initiatives or digital transformations.
  • Change management certification (e.
g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Berlin, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
