Job Description We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support enterprise transformation initiatives by driving organizational and cultural change. This role will partner closely with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to assess organizational readiness, develop change strategies, and enable successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in organizational development, change management, stakeholder engagement, and behavioral change, helping leaders build sustainable capabilities for long-term success.
Location:
San Francisco, CA (Remote•PST or CST Preferred)
Contract Duration:
Through End of Year (6+ Months)•Part-Time (20 Hours/Week)
Rate Range:
$65•80/hr on W2 (DOE)
Responsibilities:
Lead change management activities for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Conduct organizational readiness assessments and evaluate workforce preparedness for change. Analyze assessment results and present findings to project teams and senior leadership. Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and adoption frameworks. Identify organizational development, behavioral, and cultural challenges that may impact successful implementation. Partner with business leaders to build change capability within teams and departments. Support communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption activities. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with key stakeholders. Monitor change effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes. Provide guidance and coaching to leaders navigating organizational change.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or related disciplines. Proven experience leading organizational change initiatives and transformation programs. Strong expertise in organizational readiness assessments and change impact analysis. Experience developing and executing change management plans and adoption strategies. Ability to influence and advise senior leadership on organizational and behavioral change challenges. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
