6-month Contract What's a typical day as a Change Management Consultant V?
You will:
Lead the development and execution of change management strategies and plans for high-impact programs/projects. Create and direct detailed change management project plans to maximize adoption, sustainment, and realization of ROI. Establish and lead initiative Change Management project/program teams; develop and maintain program schedules and metrics. Track plan execution and report on status to program managers, the PMO, and sponsors. Identify and manage people risks, issues, and decisions while performing comprehensive change assessments (e.g., stakeholder, readiness, and impact). Develop strategies to inform communications and training activities and measure awareness, understanding, and ownership of change among impacted teams. Drive change throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring sustainment of results as initiatives close. Create and facilitate change networks or other methods to share information, gather feedback, conduct readiness checks, and support employees. Provide expert guidance for end-user training and communications. Coach and mentor others in change management best practices. Consult with and influence project leadership and sponsors, ensuring change management strategies are aligned with overall goals. This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: A four-year degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with emphasis in business, organizational development, or related field. At least six (6) years of proven Organizational Change Management experience, including end-to-end experience leading complex, enterprise change initiatives. PROSCI or CCMP Change Management Certification (Required). Demonstrated proficiency with change management tools, methodologies, and best practices. Ability to create and execute change management roadmaps that result in successful adoption and sustainment of new processes or solutions. Experience quickly learning unique business cultures and adapting strategies to maximize results. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills at all organizational levels. Proven relationship-building and influencing abilities. Creative thinking and a consultative approach to designing strategic solutions for complex challenges. Managerial competencies including Business Acumen, Communication, Customer Focus, Decision-making, Leadership, Results Orientation, and Teamwork. What happens next?
