Seniority Level:
Senior Consultant / Program Leader Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Change Management Program Leader to partner with Otis' Change Management Center of Expertise (CoE), project teams, and global business stakeholders. This role is not a traditional deliverable‑focused change management position — it requires a senior professional with strong program management, governance, and executive presence to drive alignment, coach leaders, and stabilize operations following a major organizational transition. The Program Leader will act as a liaison between leadership and project teams, ensuring risks are escalated, governance is maintained, and change strategies are executed effectively across distributed global teams. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Change Management CoE and senior stakeholders to design and execute integrated change strategies. Provide executive coaching and support to enable effective sponsorship and leadership alignment. Communicate progress, risks, and people‑related impacts to steering committees, executives, and key stakeholders. Build and manage change agent networks to drive adoption and engagement. Develop clear, engaging communication solutions to articulate business needs and foster awareness across stakeholder groups. Monitor change effectiveness, adapt strategies as programs evolve, and implement mitigation plans. Consolidate updates from multiple initiatives under the GBS program and present them during governance calls. Serve as a stabilizing force post‑merger, bringing structure and governance to ambiguous environments. Act as a trusted liaison for leadership — attending meetings, driving alignment, and coordinating execution across workstreams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred. 6+ years leading large‑scale organizational change initiatives. Certification in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP, Kotter, etc.) preferred. Strong program management and governance experience in global organizations. Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with executives and senior leaders. Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills. Skilled in stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication planning, and training strategies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools. Ability to operate across distributed global teams (U.S. and U.K. leadership alignment required). Candidate Profile Senior, polished, and influential professional with executive presence . Comfortable working in ambiguous environments , bringing clarity and governance. Experienced in global change programs , able to coordinate across multiple initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach stakeholders and guide teams. U.S.‑based resource with flexibility to support global delivery operations.
