Lead and drive a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships Manage and resolve complex projects and system implementations Prepare detailed action/project plans and conduct critical research and analysis Lead development, design, and execution of target service and operating models Develop comprehensive understanding of transaction banking products and operating model framework Provide expert guidance into the development of policies and procedures Change Manager

  • Mandatory Skills:
    8+ years of experience as a Change Manager 5+ years of management experience in Transaction Products Superior technical knowledge in MS Office tools and process management software 3+ years of experience with business analysis tools and methodologies 3+ years of experience with project management principles and practices Change Manager

  • Nice-to-Have Skills:
    Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) Change Manager
