Job Description

Piper Companies is looking for a Change Management Lead to join a major hospital and healthcare system. This is mostly remote but needs someone local to Baltimore, MD for occasional onsite meetings. Essential Duties of the
Change Management Lead:
Lead change management activities for the Workday implementation. Create and maintain change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans. Partner with executive sponsors, project managers, implementation partners, and business leaders to support project goals. Participate in project meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and executive updates to provide a change management perspective. Qualifications of the
Change Management Lead:
Prior experience leading Change Management during a Workday implementation. Experience supporting a healthcare organization Strong project planning, organization, and time management skills. Experience developing communications, training programs, and end-user adoption strategies. Compensation for the
Change Management Lead:
$175,000 - $225,000 (based on experience) Great remote flexibility Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, paid holidays, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidays This job opens for applications on 7/2/2026.
