00068885941 About the role As a Clinical Product Consultant•CareAdvance, you will make an impact by leading the design and configuration of clinical workflows that support care management operations across healthcare payer organizations. You will be a valued member of the CareAdvance Clinical Center of Excellence team and work closely with client stakeholders, product teams, and delivery partners to implement scalable solutions aligned with industry standards and best practices. In this role, you will: + Lead client engagements focused on workflow design and configuration using CareAdvance, following hybrid Agile methodologies aligned to TZAF processes. + Provide subject matter expertise across care management functions, including Utilization Management, Case Management, and Disease Management. + Configure and optimize CareAdvance solutions using standard workflows and content frameworks. + Partner with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into effective product configurations. + Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to project leadership and stakeholders. What you need to have to be considered + 4-7 years of experience in healthcare consulting, care management, or clinical product configuration. + Strong knowledge of care management processes, including Utilization Management, Case Management, and Disease Management. + Experience working with healthcare regulatory standards such as NCQA and URAC. + Hands-on experience with CareAdvance or similar care management platforms. + Bachelor's degree or RN/LPN certification (or equivalent experience). + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. These will help you stand out + Experience leading small teams and mentoring analysts or configuration consultants. + Familiarity with hybrid Agile delivery models
