MKS:
As a Communications and Change Management Specialist at MKS, Inc, you lead communication and change execution for enterprise Information Technology initiatives. Scope includes ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital experience, and manufacturing support programs. You partner directly with IT leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure change is planned, adopted, and sustained. Role reports to the Senior Manager, IT Communications and Change Management. Impact By:
Conducting impact assessments and stakeholder analyses for complex IT programs Developing integrated change management and communication plans tied to program delivery Producing executiveready materials including briefings, town halls, leadership cascades, and organizational announcements Partnering with program managers to embed change and communication activities into schedules and milestones Mentoring junior specialists and providing quality assurance on change and communication deliverables Supporting and enabling change agent and communications champion networks
Skills You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of experience in communications, change management, or related discipline
Preferred Skills:
(Optional) Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office for enterprise communications functions Working knowledge of PROSCI Change Management methodology Understanding of project management best practices, including planning, impact analysis, and risk mitigation
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Pay Range:
$ 71,025.00 - 118,375.00 USD per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
Bonus:
This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
