Life:
Get experience supporting systems and delivering services to users at Church headquarters and millions of users throughout the world. We are seeking a motivated and curiousITIL / IT
Service Management (ITSM) Intern to support our IT Tools Portfolio and Operations teams within a global organization. This role provides hands-on experience across core ITIL practices with a focus on process improvement and exposure to product management and platform capabilities. You will partner with practice owners for Change Enablement, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, and Configuration Management (CMDB). What You Will Gain- Hands-on experience with enterprise ITSM and ServiceNow

Work Schedule:
This is a 40 hour per week internship that is expected to last approximately 4 months. Normal office hours are between 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Offices are located in either Lehi or Riverton. Hybrid and fully remote schedules are available, based on your location. You should be currently enrolled or within one year of your graduation date from an accredited college or university- Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Self-starter with curiosity and willingness to learn
- Interest in ITSM; exposure to ServiceNow or Power BI is a plus Internships are for current temple-worthy members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
