Principal Consultant About the Opportunity This is more than a change management role - it's a chance to help people embrace the future of digital delivery. Working closely with Product Owners and programme teams, you'll develop compelling cases for change, assess organisational impacts, and create strategies that drive adoption and long-term success. You'll lead key change management activities across the programme, including: โ˜‘๏ธ Stakeholder engagement and influence โ˜‘๏ธ Change impact assessments and readiness planning โ˜‘๏ธ Risk and resistance management โ˜‘๏ธ Communications and engagement strategies โ˜‘๏ธ Training and learning approaches โ˜‘๏ธ Go-to-market planning and adoption tracking Using proven methodologies such as Prosci ADKARยฎ, you'll tailor change strategies to different audiences, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and ensure people are equipped, informed, and ready to succeed.
