Job Description
Job Description The Change Manager will support organizational transition efforts related to a merger or acquisition, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. This role partners closely with leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to assess change impacts, develop and execute change strategies, and maintain clear communication throughout the integration.
