Remote Change Manager

Job Description The Change Manager will support organizational transition efforts related to a merger or acquisition, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. This role partners closely with leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to assess change impacts, develop and execute change strategies, and maintain clear communication throughout the integration. • 5+ years experience in change management
• Experience preferably supporting M&A or large-scale transformation initiatives
• Hands on tactical change management experience and creating action
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with cross-functional teams
• Ability to draft communications and work with project managers
