Job Description
  • Own full project lifecycle: intake → planning → development → QA → deployment
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable workstreams
  • Manage 3-4 concurrent projects across distributed teams (US + India)
  • Coordinate closely with .NET engineering teams (no hands-on coding required)
  • Oversee high-level infrastructure-related initiatives and system enhancements
  • Leverage ServiceNow for ticketing, change management, and reporting
  • Track and report on project status, incidents, and delivery metrics

  • 5+ years as a Technical Project Manager (or similar)
  • Strong understanding of .NET environments (high-level - not hands-on)
  • ServiceNow experience (REQUIRED) - ticketing, reporting, and change management
  • Experience managing projects involving SQL-backed systems
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps concepts
  • Exposure to batch processing systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (3-4 at a time) Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
