About the role:
As a Senior Consulting Manager
Organizational Change Management ( OCM ), you will make an impact by leading enterprise-scale transformation programs, using proven change methodologies to ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes. You will be a valued member of our Consulting organization and partner closely with cross-functional teams, program leaders, and client executives. In this role, you will:
Drive stakeholder engagement, communication planning, workforce transition, training strategies, and organizational readiness.
Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to support effective adoption of new systems and processes.
Partner with client executives and project teams to integrate change management activities into program delivery.
Identify and mitigate change risks and adoption challenges.
Apply structured OCM methodologies and digital adoption tools.
Coach and guide project teams through the change lifecycle.
Contribute to practice development through thought leadership and consulting solution development.
Demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead through Personal, Organizational, and Business Leadership.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a remote position ; however, the role requires a hybrid and travel-based delivery model , including travel to client sites and Cognizant offices.
