$70-$90/hour, depending on experience About the Role Russell Tobin is seeking a Supply Chain Change Management Consultant to support a leading retail organization with the rollout of a new booking tool across internal teams and partner groups. This is a remote, part-time contract opportunity ideal for a change management professional with supply chain knowledge, experience supporting system or process implementations, and a strong background in impact assessments, training development, and instructional design. The hiring team is looking to fill this role as soon as possible, and resumes will be reviewed over the next few days. Schedule This role is remote, with a preference for candidates located in the Pacific or Central Time Zone due to stakeholder engagement and early meetings with India/APJ-based teams.
Preferred availability:
First choice: Morning availability Second choice: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings Eastern Time candidates may be considered, but evening meetings may be more difficult based on stakeholder schedules. Responsibilities The Supply Chain Change Management Consultant will be responsible for leading and supporting change management activities tied to the rollout of a new booking tool.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct organizational readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings to project teams and senior leaders Develop and recommend change plans to support successful implementation and adoption Lead change management activities focused on process change, stakeholder readiness, and user adoption Partner with leaders to identify organizational development, change management, and behavioral change considerations that may impact rollout success Support culture change by helping leaders build greater change capability within their teams Conduct impact assessments and identify adoption risks, resistance points, and stakeholder needs Develop training materials, instructional design content, and enablement resources for impacted users Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, operations, technology, and business teams Provide clear communication, guidance, and support throughout the implementation lifecycle Qualifications Strong experience as a Change Management Consultant, Change Lead, or Organizational Change Management professional Supply chain knowledge or experience supporting supply chain-related initiatives Experience conducting impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments Strong background in training development and instructional design Experience supporting system, tool, or process implementations Ability to advise leadership on organizational transformation, process change, and behavioral change needs Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Ability to work effectively in a remote environment across multiple time zones Availability for morning meetings, including meetings with India/APJ-based teams Preferred Qualifications Previous retail industry experience Experience supporting booking tools, logistics platforms, supply chain systems, or operational technology implementations Experience working with global or APJ stakeholder groups Candidates located in Pacific or Central Time Zone preferred Russell Tobin offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
