Join us in a dynamic role where you'll play a pivotal part in implementing a leading work management platform across multiple agencies. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and contribute to a large-scale initiative. Responsibilities Lead discovery sessions to gather insights and requirements from stakeholders. Develop detailed solution design documentation and process flows. Validate platform configurations to ensure they meet business needs. Collaborate with agency testers to identify and resolve pre-launch issues. Create and deliver training materials and sessions to empower users. Skills Proven expertise in work management platforms, focusing on configuration and implementation. Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions. Experience in developing and facilitating training sessions. Preferred Skills Experience with custom forms, request queues, and approval workflows. Background in business analysis or product management with a technology focus. Familiarity with governance structures and project management best practices.
