Job Description

Identity & Access Management (IAM) AnalystOnsite | Austin, TX |
Contract-to-HireResponsibilities:
Manage user access lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver)Process and validate access requests, changes, and terminationsTroubleshoot provisioning issues and access discrepanciesSupport role-based access control, least-privilege, and governance standardsPartner with security, IT, and business teams on access designAssist with user access reviews, audits, and compliance documentationContribute to IAM initiatives (automation, workflows, role engineering)Support Agile delivery using Azure DevOps or similar toolsMaintain documentation and identify process improvements
