Job Description

Position:
Jr OCM Analyst Location:
Houston, TX Years of Experience:
5-10 years
Education:
Bachelor s degree in organizational development, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. Master s Degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Change Management, PROSCI, ADDIE/SAM, PMP) is a plus.
Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in IT Change Management, with 2-3 years focused on IT initiatives. Experience managing large-scale IT change initiatives and activities while working in complex, matrixed organizations. Proven experience leading change adoption across multiple teams or departments.
Skills:
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and principles, with the ability to guide teams through adoption. Strong understanding of the end-to-end change management process and tools, including Stakeholder Analysis, Leadership Alignment, Communication and Engagement Planning and Execution, Change Impact Analysis, Training Needs Analysis and Development, and Change Measurement. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage individual work and a portfolio of projects. Proficiency in creating professional presentations in PowerPoint, spreadsheets in Excel, and documents in Word. Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with change. Demonstrated ability to apply Agile principles along with change management principles to effectively manage scope. Ability to perform all aspects of work with a high degree of effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy. Ability to promote a culture of agility, adaptability, continuous learning, and empowerment, enabling teams to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
