Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Change Management Delivery Lead to join their team. As a Change Management Delivery Lead, you will be part of the Business Enablement department supporting the Supply Chain Finance Lending Platform initiative. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.

Irving, Texas & Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Support end-to-end platform migration execution by ensuring ECM compliance. Enable business readiness through effective change management strategies. Deliver clear, executive-level reporting and communications to support informed decision-making. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transition processes. Apply Agile and product delivery principles to ensure project success. What's Needed? Proven experience in change management, particularly in platform migration projects. Strong understanding of ECM compliance and business readiness strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working within Agile and product delivery environments.
