Change Manager

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant to sit on site in San Antonio, Texas. This senior-level consultant will lead change management efforts for a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. The role focuses on guiding organizational adoption across complex business and technology changes, proactively identifying gaps in strategy and execution, and steering project teams toward successful outcomes. This consultant will apply a structured change management methodology—leveraging established processes and tools—to design and execute comprehensive change strategies. The individual will ensure stakeholders at all levels remain informed, aligned, and actively engaged throughout the transformation lifecycle. Success in this role requires anticipating stakeholder needs, producing high-quality change deliverables, communicating proactively, and surfacing risks or misalignment before they impact results. • 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or organizational transformation
• 3 years supporting large enterprise or ERP-related initiatives in a consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Active Prosci certification
• 10+ years of change management experience, with deep exposure to large, enterprise-wide transformations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following or related areas: Business Administration Organizational Development or Behavior Communications or Marketing Organizational Leadership Business or Digital Transformation
• Change Management Professional (ACMP) certification Strong familiarity with project management frameworks and full project life cycles
