Virginia Beach, VA Job Details Full-time $101,381.55 a year 21 hours ago Qualifications Stakeholder engagement Bachelor's degree Strategic communications Full Job Description Work Schedule and Other Information Brief Description Under broad guidance, the Organizational Development and Change Manager leads and supports enterprise-wide change initiatives that align with organizational priorities and workforce strategies. This role focuses on designing and implementing change management approaches that improve adoption, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support employees through transitions. The Organizational Development and Change Manager partners with leadership, Human Resources, and work centers to assess change impacts, develop communication and engagement strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational culture and goals. Additionally, this role builds internal capability for managing change by coaching leaders, supporting teams, and integrating change practices into existing programs and initiatives. Detailed Description Job Requirements Education Required Bachelor's degree in organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, business administration, or related field Experience Required Five years of progressively responsible experience in organizational development, change management, or related field Three years of experience leading or supporting large-scale change initiatives and organizational transformations Experience partnering with leadership to implement strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning Licenses and Certifications Requirements Certification or advanced training in change management, organizational development, human resources, or related field (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, ACLI, SHRM, HRCI, ICF, or equivalent) Additional Details HRSD is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
