Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support an AI-driven HR Knowledge Management program. This role is ideal for someone passionate about knowledge operations, process improvement, and leveraging AI tools to enhance employee access to information.
Responsibilities:
Organize HR documents in a knowledge base (policies, FAQs, guides, etc.) Use AI tools to tag, categorize, and improve searchability of content Find missing or outdated information and fix gaps Help teams create templates and process documents Move/migrate content between systems Track projects, deadlines, and updates across teams Coordinate with different HR/stakeholder groups Make reports and presentations on knowledge management progress Help employees find HR information when they ask Key focus: Building and maintaining a clean, searchable HR knowledge system Supporting an AI-powered knowledge management program Making sure HR info is accurate, updated, and easy to access
Required Skills:
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning and working with AI, collaboration, and knowledge management tools
