$25/hr•$35/hr About the Opportunity TalentoHC is partnering with a higher education client to identify a Change Management & Training Specialist to support their ongoing Workday implementation. This is a hands-on, execution-focused contract role. The implementation is already underway—this person will focus on delivering training, creating user-friendly materials, and helping campus users get comfortable with the new system.
Think:
Trainer. Facilitator. "Translator" of systems to people. Key Responsibilities Training & Facilitation Lead live training sessions (in-person and virtual) for faculty, staff, and students Facilitate workshops, office hours, and small group sessions Adjust delivery style based on audience comfort and feedback Content & Materials Create user-friendly materials including job aids, quick reference guides, and how-to documentation Translate system functionality into easy-to-understand instructions and practical, real-world use cases User Support & Engagement Serve as a go-to resource for users navigating change and help answer questions during rollout Build trust with stakeholders across campus and reduce friction during the transition Collaboration Partner with project managers, functional leads, and subject matter experts Ensure training reflects real system workflows and current configuration Coordination & Continuous Improvement Track training attendance, feedback, and common user issues Continuously improve training approach, materials, and overall user experience Qualifications Must-Haves Experience delivering training or facilitating sessions Comfortable presenting to groups and engaging diverse audiences Ability to explain complex systems in simple, accessible terms Experience creating training materials and documentation Strong people skills, patience, and empathy Nice-to-Haves Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems Background in higher education, customer training, or onboarding/enablement About TalentoHC Build Your Best Team Yet Executive Search | Talent Strategy | Human Capital Consulting TalentoHC is a global executive search and human capital consulting firm helping organizations build high-performing leadership teams that drive growth and transformation.
